Mt Monadnock 2 (read other 1st)

This is me about half way up the mountain, see how high it is!
It's kinda shocking that i have to produce so much photographic evidence to get my FRIENDS and FAMILY back home believe me!
Anyway it was a beautiful day as you can see, we could see for miles!!
It was one of those climbs where you go.. that must be the top?.... ok that must be the top?.... oh come one that HAS to be the top?
But needless to say we did eventually find the top and to prove I was there...

Also you can prob see the difference in temperature at the top!
It was FREEZING - we where their for around and hour waiting for others to join us... you see rushing ahead just means you get cold!
But I just cannot explain how amazing it was and the pics will never do justice to the amazing colours of fall.
Was just simply awe inspiring....

Did you all climb up in nun's habits?
Why no pictures of dunkin donuts there must have been one up the mountain somewhere - Americans can't go far without food

Good to see some healthy exercise in progress! I do hope you did justice to all the sound of music ditties - especially as you went to sing-along-a-sound of music here. It was obviously practise for Mt Monadnock!!

good spot Mr EB! She's slowly becoming 'one of them'.
Mon.....when u create a blog there IS a spellchecker u can use, its next to the icon for attaching pictures.
(Sorry those of you who find the spelling errors amusing!)
Love the pic with the flag..... although it would have been awesome to have taken a villa and/or BB flag..... next time eh?

Whats with going American with all the words....no one wants to see the word Fall (especially in context of mountain climbing) used instead of the word autumn its just plain wrong.
I thought you were meant to be learning about americans not how to be one.
